This website is operated by Happytail. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include free shipping to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. If you're ordering from outside South Africa, your bank converts the amount and may add a currency conversion fee.

We display products as accurately as we can, but colours and finishes vary slightly between screens and production batches.

We may change prices, or refuse or cancel any order, including where an item was listed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you get a full refund.

Availability

Stock is held by our fulfilment partner. Occasionally an item sells out between your order and dispatch. If that happens we'll contact you and offer a replacement or full refund.

Orders and accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully. We ship to the address you provide and can't redirect a parcel once it leaves the warehouse. Orders returned because of an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.

Delivery times

Estimates in our Shipping Policy are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather and carrier delays are outside our control. See the Shipping Policy for what happens if an order doesn't arrive.

Use of the site

You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with the security of the site. We may terminate access for anyone breaching these terms.

Limitation of liability

Our products are pet accessories, not veterinary devices. Nothing we sell diagnoses, treats or prevents illness — if you have a health concern about your animal, please see a vet. Always supervise your pet with a new toy or accessory. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
